Phone service is HORRIBLE. The automated system is confusing, rude and unhelpful. I simply need to know if a store offered a service and was still open on Sunday and the machine CONSISTENTLY hung up on me. HORRIBLE!
A great place to go when you have packages to ship, always have had quick service
I followed the navigation to get to the 4921 Cal Sag Rd Fed Ex(whatever the address is online), arrived and it's a Cajun Seafood Restaurant! I called and the system would not connect me to a representative to talk to! Then it hung up on me! I am now going over to use UPS!
