They shouldn't advertise as a FedEx ship site, I've went here multiple times they're either short staffed unable to print labels and they only accept boxes over 50 lb like what the heck! I don't want to drive all the way to Merrillville or Lansing just to ship some FedEx boxes this is ridiculous.
They have limited staff. Located inside of Staples; limited staff in the entire store.
