Crowded
I miss Kinkos more friendlier and service was better. 19 employees that work at this site are not friendly but Kinkos was more so a better environment for reproductions and such.
They shouldn't advertise as a FedEx ship site, I've went here multiple times they're either short staffed unable to print labels and they only accept boxes over 50 lb like what the heck! I don't want to drive all the way to Merrillville or Lansing just to ship some FedEx boxes this is ridiculous.
