Excellent staff. They provide the envelopes and small bags if needed. I highly recommend using this company.
Walked in office with a package to be returned and walked out in less than 2 minutes. Girl in office printed our return label placed it on our package and we were on our way. Office looked clean and organized.
I have tried twice now to use this fedex shipping location. Both times unsuccessfully, first time they wouldn't take a high ticket item, second time they don't do QR codes for shipping labels. So I don't think that it is very clearly labeled that you cannot ship those categories. So let this be a warning about that. But again not sure why it couldn't be made clearer on their advertising, so I didn't have to walk her twice with packes and then have to leave with said packages. Please make those exceptions more clear.
I sent a priority package to Peru for a friend's medicine. I was very clear that it was medicine for personal use. The FedEx shipment cost was $220 which I paid. However, FedEx didn't tell me that there are import feeds of another $140 for international shipments of personal medicine to Peru. They also didn't say that I needed additional documentation to get through customs. Nor did they say that we would have to pay this fee via "WhatsApp". It's FedEx and we have to use "WhatsApp"?
