I had a terrible experience at this place. The supervisor, Abby, was extremely unprofessional and acted in a discriminatory manner. She prioritized serving white customers while making us wait without reason. When we asked why we weren’t being helped, she simply told us to stay in our spot, disregarding our concerns. Her behavior was unacceptable, and the overall experience was frustrating and unprofessional.
Good place to go for dropping off return packages for FedEx shipping from Amazon for example. Or From Morgan Stanley as they use FedEx for document shipping also. This location is on the north side of the complex next door to crumble cookies. It is not on the west side just south of the Mexican restaurant which is where it shows it being on Google maps for some reason. I keep trying to get this corrected.
God bless Mari and her patience. I came to send a few things to my brother, and even when we encountered a few hurdles, she stuck it out and made sure I was taken care of, all the while with a friendly smile and kind heart. Thank you, Mari. You made my day!
