I visited this OfficeMax location expecting to ship a package using my FedEx account, as clearly stated on their website. However, when I arrived, I was told that this was not possible. Confused, I double-checked the website, which confirmed that FedEx account shipping is indeed allowed. I returned and mentioned this to the staff, yet they insisted again that they couldn’t do it.
