I went to make a FedEx return and that person did not receive it, he sent me to UPS and in UPS I only came to waste time, they sent me to FedEx again, they should put someone who really doesn’t waste customers’ time

They don't even deserve one star. Countless times they have lost my packages. Even delivered one day then refused to deliver the next claiming my address doesn't exist. When I call to complain there is never any apology. Just questioning my houses existence. When I point out their failure they offer no solution. They simply don't want to do their job. Whenever possible I have stopped ordering from places that use FedEx as the only delivery option.
