An utterly useless fedex location or as they call it a drop point(guess this is how they justify the lack of really any services). The barcode I had wasn’t scanning so he told me it may be the tape and to print a new one off. Spent money to print off another since they can’t print labels at an fedex location. After I printed a new one it still didn’t scan. I asked him if he could simply type the number in. Wow, is this site truly horrible. I came in with a Pelican case and a prepaid shipping label. Manager told me no FedEx site near us could take a Pelican case (why?) and I would have to drive to Merritt Island (30mins each way) to ship it. Instead, I drove 2mins down the road to a Postal Connections near Walmart and shipped it with no problems. Unless you're looking for unfriendly service and incorrect advice, I highly recommend going to any other FedEx location. My guess is that the Office Depot employees wish they didn't ha... read more
The guy at the counter with long black hair falling over his face is not nice and wouldn't accept my prepaid box going back to the department of veterans affairs. He said they don't take those items and I would have to go elsewhere. Wait, what?
Absolutely ridiculous. They wouldn’t take my package. They stated that that already had too much to go and that the truck isn’t big enough. My package was 24x24x3 inches. Never coming back here.
