Its a nightmare receiving packages from them, they lie, mess up, don't do their job all together always use ups or usps
Services by this delivery company is great no lost or damaged packages or products in over a decade....
Everytime I get a FedEx shipment, my package gets delivered to 127 E 1st instead of 127 W 1st. The label clearly says 127 W 1st. Is it to much to ask the driver to read? When the website tells us the package is delivered, we have to track it down ourselves. Horrible service.
