This was at anOffice Depot. Give five stars for service. The staff apologized for not having a scanner for my label to process it.
Fed ex is the worst delivery company ever. I placed a order on 03/29, which shipped on 03/31. It was a 3 business day delivery. The package has been sitting in the same location, and has not moved since 04/06. I have called multiple times, and continue to get the same lies. We are going to email you. We are going to call. We are going to escalate the issue, and nothing but lies. If you have any packages, to be shipped with fed ex. Change your carrier. WORST COMPANY EVER! IF I could rate a 0. I would.
