I hete this campay. I took 2 days off bc i was waiting for delivery. The guy didn't even try to deliver this package to me! They said i wasn't home -which is completely lie! I was calling to company and they said i can pick it up by myself - physically unable to do it. Package is too heavy for me, i wam wasting another day for nothing.
Delivery guy said attempt to deliver but I was home all day and there was no one here second time doing this so frustrating
I want to give a big thank you to Rikki at the FedEx Commissioners Street location. My vitally important package was seriously delayed due to customs and I was feeling incredibly stressed, but Rikki went out of her way on a Saturday to track it down for me.
