I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews, because I went there last Friday and Sylvia was such a wonderful person and was so helpful! I showed up so close to the closing time and felt so bad, but she reassured me and was super kind/happy to help me. I was figuring out shipping options as it was my first time doing this and she answered all my questions patiently!!

Driver said they “attempted delivery” but didn’t even buzz my apartment to be let inside the building. Have no idea where my package is, super disappointed and will never use fedex again. Update: the customer service rep tried to tell me this was my fault when I called to find out where my package is and when I can get it.
