Driver from this location today delivered a 0.1lb package and left it totally exposed to the wind not even tucking it under a rock or putting it behind the little walls by the front door I can see from the picture. It’s 58km/h wind gusts. Didn’t have the option to ask for signature required either. What incompetent people are they hiring as drivers lol will NEVER EVER USE FEDEX AGAIN.

I can't see why these people are not rated much higher. When my kid left for overseas for the summer, forgetting their meds at home (!), FedEx did everything possible to help us get them shipped, which is not an easy thing to do. They also were very helpful in setting up a shipment from Europe to Cambridge when we were the ones who had to make all the arrangements from this side of the pond. Came a day earlier then it said it was and gave me the slip to go pick it up and said they tried to deliver. They never rang up to my apartment or “tried” anything they slapped the paper on the lobby door and took a picture saying they “tried” to deliver now I have to go and pick it up three business days later smfh very disappointed!
