Drivers cant follow simple instruction to use buzzer with provided code.
Very very bad
Disgusting and terrible service. The driver couldn't figure out how to read an address and then I called and confirmed it twice. Then because there's no directory on the door and he couldn't be bothered to call my number when I told them I'd be home all day. Now my package is at a pickup center which I will not be going to for my package
Purchased a jacket online, May 23 the delivery person decided to leave the package outside of my gate, thankfully I was nearby and noticed the fedex vehicle driving away, had to return the jacket and was sent a replacement, same issue, driver left my package outside my gate, I don't own a dog, my gate is simple to open and close, made 2 complaints was told I would get a follow up call within the week.
