I had an issue because I had a package that was not delivered due to the fact that I owed duty and fees. So I came to this office to make my case that in fact, I did not owe duty fees because this was the third time I had received a package from this shipper for the exact same product and there were no duties owed the previous two times. Plus, the total cost of the item is $20 and so $40 in duties makes no sense. Useless custome service , waste of time trying to call. I went next day in the morning at 9am to pick up my item and I was told that it's in the truck for a second try. Again, it was delivered when I was not home because I cant stay home all day not knowing when it will be delivered! They couldn't tel me when exactly it will be delivered. This is just a horrible experience.

Thank goodness these guys are around while Canada Post (foolishly) decides to go on strike and try to shut the nation down.
