I had a complicated matter that brought me to FedEx location in Markham. Mark was a lifesaver and dealt with my situation in a very polite and professional manner. I was suppose to receive my parcel at home, but I could not. However, I note was left at my door to pick up from this location after 5:30pm. Entering the office, Ashish and Debra greeted me and ask me how they could help me. They were very welcoming. Their service was amazing.
