I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Markham FedEx Centre thanks to Ash / Ashish. I came in needing urgent help creating an overnight FedEx label for a very important time-sensitive document process, and Ash went above and beyond in every possible way. He was patient, knowledgeable, calm, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. Absolutely TERRIBLE service and complete lack of communication. Amazon shipped my package earlier than the delivery date they originally provided. The first delivery attempt was made on Saturday while I was not home. Our concierge refused the package but told me the driver said he would return the next day. Based on that information, I stayed home all day Sunday waiting for the delivery. No one showed up. There was no notification, no email, no phone call, and no update of any kind.
