Exceptional customer service , i was helped by Ash who was very polite, friendly, patient and extremely helpful! He helped to pick up my package from outside , helped me tape my packages and fill out my form and explained the whole process to me. I had a great experience and recommend this location. Thank you for all your help !
they delay the delivery for one week and I have to go pick up. The box is broken and product is damaged too
Horrible experience with FedEx… they claimed “failed delivery attempt” even though no one showed to my door. They claimed 4 failed attempts and then called me to ask what they should do with the package🫤 I told them to keep it at their facility for pickup. I’ll be driving 40min to pickup my package that was supposed to be delivered to my door 4 days ago… what a joke. I’ll update this comment later today after picking it up…
