The driver did not ring the bell and I missed my package because of Fedex but I was home. Saturday happened and Monday I'll get my package by 8 pm but it needs a signature. Tried to call them at several phone numbers but did not get any human to confirm around what time to make sure someone will be at home. All day wait for a package what I missed because of the driver??? No more Fedex. I needed my package on the weekend, unreliable company. Customer services is sucks.
Sent package on Jan.26,2026….called the customer service to verify the delivery international,they said they have the wrong address!!!something fishy here
