It's not my first time, but some driver are lazy didn't press buzzer code, just stick the notice infront the door and that's it. DHL has the best service they always call and use buzzer.

Stopped in to inquire about shipping a package internationally. Suleman and Ash provided the information, service was quick, efficient, and friendly.
This situation with FedEx is extremely disappointing and feels misleading. When I sent my package, the employee at the counter clearly told me the shipping cost would be $117 and that if I created a FedEx account, I would receive an additional 30% discount on that rate. She specifically confirmed that this discount would be applied to my shipment.
