My parcel was on a priority delivery, we payed extraa for that, and delivery guy was roaming around in city from last two days with my parcel and not delivering it, and then i contacted pickup they did not deliver to pick up location staples, and there is long weekend so my parcel get delayed 5 days, jjst because delivery guy dont want to deliver my parcel i dont know why, i had a emotional damage after hearing this from customer service advisor online, this is completely disappointment.
Fedex has to be the worst courier. Package the driver tries to deliver it to the front door but it says on front door McKellar place which is the building is on vickers St side. Didn't look at that. A speaker button is also by the buzzer box to get the front desk didn't do that. Put an attempted delivery on it and left. I get the same excuse as they have used every other time.
