Customer service was beyond amazing!!! I had a delicate camera and lenses to deliver and I felt completely comfortable with how everything was packaged and labeled. Highly recommend and will be coming back soon!

THEY CHANGED OWNERS! Kim is amazing! She's so sweet and helpful. I was running my errands, had a rough day and had to return a package. I was in the area and found this small fedex. I didn't expect it to be such a memorable and wholesome experience. But that's what it was . It was a hot day, it was during the tariffs, she offered water and explained why certain labels needed to be added. It's been a year and I still remember the interaction. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience at this store when returning a Lacoste polo that I bought online. Earlier that day, I visited another FedEx store and they tried to charge me a service fee just to process the return, which was frustrating. Luckily, I decided to come to this location instead, and the service here was completely different. The lady who helped me was extremely kind, patient, and professional. Kim from Woori Express made every part of the packaging and shipping process stress-free. I was shipping a pretty large dried flower arrangement and didn’t have the appropriate box size. She carries many different boxes from S - XXXL. Thank god she had a 20x20x20 box because I would’ve been screwed. The shipping rate was extremely fair for the size and weight of my package. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you Kim!
