Kim from Woori Express made every part of the packaging and shipping process stress-free. I was shipping a pretty large dried flower arrangement and didn’t have the appropriate box size. She carries many different boxes from S - XXXL. Thank god she had a 20x20x20 box because I would’ve been screwed. The shipping rate was extremely fair for the size and weight of my package. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you Kim!
In a small and charming business center surrounded by Brilliant Korean restraunts salons and other small businesses is a little fedex shipping center. Kim was behind the counter when I arrived, openned earlier than posted hours. She accepted my package and took care of the label pouch for me without a request! Kim really went above and beyond and I strongly recommend giving these guys a try for your shipping needs. I'll be back 😁
