Lost my $250 package. Left it outside at the wrong door and it was stolen. They refused to do anything about it and said we had to make our complaints to the business the product was shipped from. They aren’t the ones who lost my package! Why would I file a complaint with them? Then customer service refused to let me speak with management. What a clown show.
I had to ship an internation package and wanted to leave a review for the gal that helped me. Kristiana was FANTASTIC! she went above and beyond to take care of me and crushed it!
After reading all the negative reviews, I was wondering what I was getting myself into, simply picking up a package. The service was horrible and non-existent. The employees are clearly incompetent and burnt out. After waiting 25mins after they said they went back to get get my item, they didn't! They were serving people who showed up after I did even! Wow, I paid $100 for next day shipment before 8AM. To see that your driver didn’t call me once, entered my building, took picture of mailroom (where package supposed to be delivered) and left. With options to pick up package at your Facility. Why your driver didn’t call and text clients. Worst experience yet with you
