I got the number to call this facility from their customer service line. On my attempt to reach them the customer service they gave me was horrible. I was interrogated more on how I received the number I called more than helping me with my package. You shouldn’t have to argue and be interrogated just to find out about a package that you paid for. That is very unacceptable and very Unprofessional in my opinion. Please Do Better FedEx.

Fed ex told me to go here to return a package. Boxes are for sale in the front office. There were people occupying the space where the boxes were so I couldn't look. The lazy guy that didn't want to tell me his name but I believe it started with an E. He refused to point out a box that would help me and told me to drive to another store if I wanted any help with anything at all. He acted like he didn't want to be there. He doesn't need to be working in a public facing job then.
