Driver Sean didn’t deliver my package due to “incorrect address” bullshit! I receive all kinds of packages and mails at my address. Customer service kept asking me to contact the shipper, massive waste of time. Don’t use FedEx for any kind of shipping, it is a disaster.
Picked up my package but service could have been faster
Friendly, kind, and knowledgeable people. I came in with an open box and a label. They took care of packing and taping it up, and affixing the shipping label. Perfect help, especially for people who work in a thankless service job. 5 Stars
