Slow and very rude! A pickup shouldn't take very long...It didn't help that the guy moved up a customer in line that he was buddies with. Definitely not using FedEx for any of my business needs.
I want to shout out Ashley at the 4301 Atlantic Ave Raleigh location. I needed to update the address on a package that I sent from this location because it was labeled undeliverable after a first attempt. The 800 customer service agents told me I had to return to the Raleigh location and call the 800 number back to update the address since I did not have an account. This information was incorrect!
