Im sorry surprised to read all the negative reviews. I have had nothing but exceptional service from all the ladies at FedEx on Studley Rd. I'm talking these employees go above and beyond for our company. I've never asked for help with anything that they were unable or unwilling to resolve. Nothing but phenomenal service as far as I'm concerned!

has lied to me every time i come in contact with them no wonder fedex will not give there phone number out driver never came never left tag was told he was coming back found out later never called driver. delivered to wrong address in past heavy package and was told i needed to go get it myself. people at fedex keep saying that fedex doesn't do that well this office does. i will refuse to do business with anyone that ships exclusively with fedex am willing to pay extra to have it shipped ups or dhl or anyone other than fedex... read more

I waited at home all day for an important package to arrive that needed a signature. A door tag was left at my door, but I was sitting in a room adjacent to my front door and never heard a knock or a doorbell. I tested my doorbell to make sure that it was working and it was. Despite the driver clearly making limited effort to actually get my attention to indicate that he was at my door, they told me that they would not redeliver the package. This location and this company is the worst shipment organization out there. No accountability, no CUSTOMER in customer service. Everyone just quotes policy and reads information from the same website that we can all read. Please tell me something about my package that I can't find out myself.. That is why we call in.

I would give a 0 stars if possible! This particular FedEx left my package at the wrong address where someone else signed for it. Maybe there wouldn't have been so much confusion if they had even informed me of this instead of just leaving a slip of paper saying that they missed me the first time they stopped by at MY address (mind you, that's all it said, I never even got a tracking number). I had a deliver that i was suppose to receive on the day fedex said it would be delivered, well I made sure i cleared my whole day to be at home to sign for my package. at about 1:30 i went online to check the status of my package, it said that no one was home.
