I was just in this location and the service I received was horrendous, very nasty, wouldn't help at all. Asked if I could have overnight envelopes, and I was told no
Very disappointed with the service at this location. I had a package shipped overnight Thursday morning (AZ time) and expected it by Friday afternoon. Instead, tracking now shows it won’t arrive until Monday afternoon. I saw the package had arrived at this facility, so I went there in person to try to pick it up. The employee confirmed it was there but said it was containerized and that he couldn’t go retrieve it because he was the only one working. Super fast and friendly service.
Always helpful staff. They always know how to wrap up my packages for no to minimal cost. Rather friendly compared to the crabby folks at the post office or the UPS store!
