Friendly and efficient
Useless. Won’t print their own fedex-issued return labels so we can return an item that was sent to us in error. Not our fault at all and they refuse to make it right.
The fact that all of Palm Beach County, which comprises millions of people is forced to ship animals through one FedEx hub located in Lake Worth near i-95 is absolutely ridiculous. I have to drive over an hour and a half away in good traffic to ship what FedEx has in agreement with their third party shippers to take. I pass multiple FedEx offices and other FedEx places that should be able to take live animals. The only thing I could possibly understand is hazardous materials which live animals are not! Is there a phone number to actually get a hold of somebody at the location? FedEx has a drop box on Bunker Road that they are responsible for picking up EVERYDAY- I dropped 3 packages last week and here they still have not been picked up. I went back to the location and clearly the box is FULL of mine and tons of other packages who’ve been paying FEDEX for labels and mailing there items and all there items are still sitting in a drop box that appears to not have been picked up for weeks.
