The staff is not personable at all, I went on a manhunt for a $1,400 package they gave misinformation and did literally nothing to help.
Excellent customer service. Staff always friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking with a well lit parking lot.
I don't know the gentleman's name but he was extremely helpful, professional and polite. He tracked my package down and confirmed it was on-site at a different location although the app indicated it was held at his location.
