These guys are absolutely late on any delivery I've ever had. They never make the first pickup. I'm going to stay using USPS.
This is the worst FedEx in the country. The driver lied about my delivery saying it was the wrong address but they've been delivering to me at the same address for over ten years. It was raining so he/she didn't want to get out of the truck. Five days later I still don't have my package. The driver needs to be fired
Absolute horrible experience. I wish I could give 0 Stars. Paid $900 total for delivery of packages and all of them were late even tho I sent Overnight. Have been trying for 2 months to get a refund per their policy for late delivery and keep getting the run around even tho I have my receipt. Over 15 phone calls and a trip back to the shipping center and nobody has an answer to why I can’t get a refund. Every single person told me something different. Shame on you FedEx!!!
