Worst experience I've ever had with a shipping company. I just wanted to pick my package up since I was notified that I missed it. I was told it had to be delivered and could not be picked up. I will make sure none of my packages come through this or another FedEx location. Will be using other means from here on out. This is ridiculous.

Very professional
The location refused to deliver half of an expensive shipment despite the other half arriving on time with the same exact address. After about hours on the phone going back and forth between FedEx and the company shipping the shipment, no one is taking responsibility at FedEx (how did half of it get here on the same address and the other half held?) and we are being relegated to having the package “work through the system” instead of being able to arrange any common sense pickup at the facility for the package.
