Customer service was awesome with Ms . J. (She was an older brown skinned lady)
driver never attempted to deliver package while someone was home after paying for express shipping. after refusing to retry delivery, they returned to sender.
Kind of slow compared to UPS but the people were very accommodating and knowledgeable.
Have been told for the past 3 days that my package is out for delivery but nothing has arrived. Updates from Fed-Ex keep telling me the same thing. When i call the phone number listed for the Linthicum Heights, MD location, it is an automated system and does not allow you to speak with a real person.
