Awful Experience
I now understand why this place had a 2.8 overall rating. I would rate them less than 1 star if I could. They refuse to deliver a package across the street to my neighbor who would sign for it. They frequently say "the shipper says we cannot do that." Yet they have done it multiple times and UPS has no problem doing that. These people are terrible. I tell everyone to avoid them at all costs.
Always helpful and friendly
Easily the worst delivery service in town. More than any other, they do the no-knock sticker or my personal favorite, kicking your box end over end down their truck to drop it off to you. Absolutely avoid this place if you have to. I give it two stars because it's cheap, but not cheap enough if you care about what you're getting. And definitely don't pay for the speedy delivery because again, they will not knock. They will not attempt to deliver your package. Refused a package, And now I have to sit around on a weekend till after2pm because they are redelivering it. WHY?!
