Best costumer service,Janny was very sweet and helpful thank you
Wrost service ever. Called customer service number and the automatic system wouldn't transfer me to a live representative, kept hanging up on me. Now I will have to drive to the store to get information!!! I will make sure in the future to avoid using any Fed ex services!
The staff at the front desk were beyond rude and even challenged me on the fact that I had spoken to a manager and that he had the envelope I was looking for. It took me getting on the phone with corporate for the lady to even check and she immediately came out with the envelope I needed.
The people who work here must hate their lives. Get a different job that’s not face to face if you’re going to be so difficult and just rude and unhelpful.
Won’t let you pick up your own package and then tell you they are unwilling to schedule a time for it to be delivered. People working here are on a power trip and will hold your package hostage. Avoid at all costs
