Went here for an international shipment today. The lady had a stink attitude the moment I walked in, never answered any of my questions, instructed me to do things in such a rude manner as if I were the one forcing her to do her job. As I was walking out I remembered that I needed to include a return label with my shipment so I turned back as she picked up my envelope to take to the back. I went there today to ship a box and the lady refused to read the recipient's address from my phone, saying that they are not allowed to do that. I know she was lying as I do this very frequently, I just left the place and she seemed happy that I did. She was rude and does not care about good customer service. I went to another place about 18 minutes from there and got it all done in no time; all information was taken from my phone; fast and easy, and we saved paper.
