It’s clear the Delivery guy gave my package to the wrong people, then after talking to them he went back and now they are saying it was sent back to sender with no way of knowing if it actually was then the delivery guy lied and said the place he dropped it off was the name of my company which was false … this facility is very unprofessional and that is not good when you are dealing with people’s business, and belongings…… this facility needs to be looked into and changes need to be made this shit is sad………somebody needs to ... read more
You should hire more people. It doesn’t make sense for one person to work with seven people while we sit and wait for half an hour.
The ladies in the front were simply amazing. They made sure I received my package which was medicine that needed to be in fridge. I had 2 day delivery and one of the drivers put "business closed due to holiday- will try tomorrow" its residential. Pure laziness. Its sad cause if you dont like your job or not able to do your job go home!! People depend on you and there is no integrity! I hope and manager sees this and do something cause it's terrible i had to drive up there on my lunch break with my 4 year old son. God is good... read more
This is the worst Fed-Ex delivery area. The driver did not ring or knock. I have been waiting all day given different time of arrival only to get nothing. This is frustrating
