Good service, can be more friendly
Lashella and Leah - These women helped me TREMENDOUSLY today to obtain my iPad for work today. I appreciate their HIGH LEVEL of customer service and as a Supervisor for Hapag-Lloyd as we do a large volume of business with FedEx I appreciate them taking the time to escalate my concern to their management team due to an error that occurred via FedEx due to my delivery not being delivered as requested. The ladies in the front were simply amazing. They made sure I received my package which was medicine that needed to be in fridge. I had 2 day delivery and one of the drivers put "business closed due to holiday- will try tomorrow" its residential. Pure laziness. Its sad cause if you dont like your job or not able to do your job go home!! People depend on you and there is no integrity!
