Fed Ex has lost the plot since their management change. Terrible service. I had a delivery guy parked in front of my house who sat for a while, then drove off and i was told they couldn't find my address. I have my street number in large numbers in two places. They have become super unreliable. Waiting for a package right now and I get a notice "We couldn't deliver your package to this address" then they listed an address in another town! So bad
The staff (Front Desk) at the Morrison Parkway Alpharetta,GA address is RUDE!!!! She was never taught what the word “customer service means”. I live in Alpharetta and have not gotten good service from the Morrison Parkway location. I currently have a package that was supposed to be delivered on August 21,2026 and the tracking showed the truck in a location throughout the day several miles from me.
