Absolutely awful experience here. I walked into the lobby and nobody was there. I knocked on the restricted access door several times and said hello, after about five minutes an extremely rude young woman came out and said, “give me a minute!” I explained that I was merely trying to see if anybody was actually here to help me because I was in a hurry, to which she replied “ door is open, ain’t it?” Whatever happened to service with a smile? Pathetic.
It’s FedEx. Convenient location. Neither the best nor the worst
Slow service, and once finally served it was same young lady that saw us standing there 10 mins earlier when a cart was brought out by her. So the wait- purposeful. Remind you there are cameras in back to see if anyone is waiting but that wasn't case here cause same miss saw us enter previously. Only 4/5 packages arrived, unsure if correct price cause 3 boxes were counted as large and had to correct measurements on one. Now a package is missing.
