Breanna was extremely rude and the manager on duty was just as bad. I will never have a package delivered here again. I would rather drive extra miles to a further location. Extremely poor customer service!
What kind of a ship center doesn’t print labels ??
Juan and Bryan were amazing! I was in a tight situation and he helped me work through it. Highly recommend this location and those 2 guys!
Recommend others go to the mail center in Dilworthton instead. The lady at the desk here was nice, but ultimately I had a delivery exception which this location was unable to resolve (and apparently, it was known before I sent my package - seems like an intentionally dishonest situation). After speaking with the Dilworthton location, I was able to get the information/resolution I needed, so I’ll be using that location in the future.
