Quick and efficient.
They claim they attempt to deliver, but they don’t. The tracking is a joke and customer service is overseas!
All you had to do was walk 20 ft and deliver to the front desk of a resort and spa filled with over 1000 current employees like the delivery manager for this resort said FedEx usually does, but you chose to drive away and say that the location was closed due to a holiday since no one was sitting at the dock on a weekend. I would say you did the bare minimum, but I would be lying.
I had to do some paperwork for a job. I had no idea what I was doing. The staff was so helpful and kind. The place is nice and clean also.
