Worst FedEx place to go , All staff needs to be replaced. They act like they own the building and they are beyond close to friendly
scam!! I did a return here and fedex told me I had to pay to ship and box my item even though the return included free label and box. I have never had a problem when doing this through UPS, this will be my first and last time here!!

Staff is not customer friendly, look like I came to someone’s house and asking questions, FedEx, this is customer facing staff, they supposed to help customers, I asked simple question, where on the web page I can find my account number - got a reply I don’t know?!… with no attempt to help…
