This is, without exaggeration, the worst experience I have ever had with any company in my life. FedEx is a complete failure. My parents live in Germany and send packages twice a year for my kids—sweets, homemade honey, and clothes. They always used DHL and NEVER had a single issue. Everything was always smooth, fast, and professional. But recently, due to increased taxes and costs, DHL became very expensive. They lost/stolen the package. They have had the package for 1 month, they have not sent it to GLENVIEW, IL.
