If I can give no stars I would. This company was told to send a package back to the sender. They never picked the package up until after more than 15 days beyond after their 5 day pickup per rep. Since 6/28/26 the package is still at their location and they caused me to lose over 200.00 refund because they exhausted the time to send the package back. I requested to be updated, no updates. I will be contacting the higher executives and filing a complaint to receive my refund. I don't recommend doing business with this company... read more
Large counter service area and friendly helpful employee. Was first time using this place and it was easy to ship my package.
Delivered my package to somebody else’s house. Have tried many times and can’t even get into contact with a customer service rep.
Quick and helpful service. Harder to find than expected based on directions.
