So you take a photo of my open door and don't attempt to deliver the package. You guys are terrible at your jobs
Absolutely horrible service. Constant missed shipping dates, missing packages or delivered to the wrong locations. No regard to boxes that are fragile or that shiw which way is up.
Twice a driver from this location lied about delivering a package. Never cane to the door, nocked, or rang the doorbell. Probably never even approached the house. Left no evidence of the attempt of delivery.
Wrong building shown. The one I am reviewing is on Cayuga rd. Cheektowaga. I drove by it several times looking for it. They are not see from the road very well. In addition there is no sign that they are in that industrial park. Considering it is the Christmas season the service was great. Quick too.
