Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time.
Priscilla, who I presume is a manager at this facility, was dismissive and refused to give me her name for my records when asked. When shipping sensitive items, the customer should have the right to know the name of the person who accepted their package. Additionally, before pulling into their parking lot, one of their employees cut me off and illegally crossed a double line to pass me; she drives a white Chrysler mini van. They don’t stay open 30 seconds past 545 if you arrive at 5:45 they have already locked the door! It’s bad enough that they already close earlier than most other FedEx Ship Center’s but to not even stay open for a few minutes extra for companies like us that use FedEx every day we think that’s horrible… we even have pre-printed labels ready to go! There’s another location in Daytona that will open the door for you if they are in there still working, but this place they Lock the door they don’t care!
