Unlike others, I have had great service here. I WAS late for an East Coast shipment, thankfully the clerk knew me, and took a chance to run it back, she has always been great But lesson learned East Coast cutoff is 445pm!!! Not 5, or later Plan to be there at 430 to make the cut Each ship center has their own cutoff times, check n learn, so your not like me

The drivers from here just do not care. They just marked status as "we could not deliever" with a picture of a random wall. When I went to pickup the package from the center, the lady started yelling and denied pickup saying there was a shipper restriction on pickup and they will try re-delievery (which driver did not, again). Contacted shipper and they said they do not have any such restriction. Finally the package just went back to shipper. Maybe there was some bug in fedex system as well. The ladies in front are very polite always good customer service. Fast service. They have some kind of strong chemical when you walk in. Which I think is toxic. Maybe the cleaning people they put it there. Very strong odor

This has to be the worst FedEx center. The drivers do not communicate. We had a construction sample that needed to be delivered that never made it. We called 3 times to coordinate. Whoever is managing this site is doing such a terrible job and a disservice to its clients. We have not even had one issue with UPS, Amazon deliveries.
