Really bad customer service from the front desk employee
Have to wait so long and they dont call while delivering forced to come and pick up
I had an envelop that was very urgent. Samira helped and located it very quickly. She was very helpful. I rate office and her work 5 star.
They constantly lie and say they’ve attempted delivery when they have not . There is no recourse or accountability.
