The staffs are all really nice and informative
They cannot print existing shipping labels at this location. Somehow you're supposed to know that from the name... It's not an "office" and ship center. Employee was sympathetic and as helpful as possible, but what a joke.
I had a terrible experience at this FedEx location. The female staff at the front was rude and gave me attitude from the moment I walked in. I hope management addresses this behavior because no customer should be treated this way.
