I visited the Fedex Ship Center located at 3750 Haven Ave, Menlo Park, CA 94025 on March 26, 2026. I was trying to mail out a package for international delivery to Canada. Sami, the employee who helped me, was rude and unprofessional. She first asked me if I had a Fedex account, to which I said "yes", but when I replied no to her asking if I knew my account number, she was immediately angry and said "well then I can't help you'" - which was strange considering she could have just said that I didn't need a Fedex account to sh... read more
Be aware they won’t even print a shipping label for you here.
The staffs are all really nice and informative
They cannot print existing shipping labels at this location. Somehow you're supposed to know that from the name... It's not an "office" and ship center. Employee was sympathetic and as helpful as possible, but what a joke.
