Worst customer service in the world, couldn't deliver a package and could t tell me why, couldn't reach the driver, held my package in Tacoma even though I never requested that, then when I called to inquire they said it wasn't being held, it was on s truck to another station. I needed the delivery, so I drove to the shipper and picked up a duplicate order. Literally insane, they have no idea what's going on in their own company. If they weren't a monopoly they'd go out of business.
Facility has been improved a lot in since last 1 year. The current representatives are very helpful and warm to support. From packaging guidance to shipping it’s been very easy. Thank you for your support.
Staff is always awesome. Love the fact they are open later than the local stores. No printing is available at the ship center but if you are just shipping they are great. Mary was very helpful and informative about various shipping options.
