Well what can you say about FedEx. I mean they have been around forever. They probably hardly ever screw up... Until I come along. You see they have these policies that are not adhered to by all they're employees. I, a contractor, was sent to pick up a parcel that could not be delivered due to incomplete address info. Staff is always awesome. Love the fact they are open later than the local stores. No printing is available at the ship center but if you are just shipping they are great.
Was waiting for a small package, and update said it arrived at FedEx Issaqua location, and was waiting for next day status to change to Out for delivery, instead i see it got atuck at Issaqua location with status unable to deliver, package scheduled to return to shipper. With no explanation at all, zero customer service.
Great service.. nice people
Very convenient and fast service very easy to ship out like it very much I recommend them.
