Update another year later: You suck Fedex! Worst delivery drivers ever. Update 3 years later: Horrible. For the cost that you charge, you have pathetic service that I try very hard to avoid. This includes complaining to vendors and insisting they use UPS if possible. When it absolutely, positively had to be there use UPS. FedEx is the worst of them all. Complete failure to deliver very important medicine they claim holiday hours and schedule , but it was overnighted days before Christmas and arrived at the local sort facilit... read more

Poor Customer Review Hello, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with a recent customer service experience at one of your FedEx locations. During my visit to pick up a package, I was assisted by two older female employees who were extremely rigid, unhelpful, and dismissive. When it absolutely, positively had to be there use UPS. FedEx is the worst of them all. Complete failure to deliver very important medicine they claim holiday hours and schedule , but it was overnighted days before Christmas and arrived at the local sort facility almost 1 week ago - terrible management at the Issaquah station.
