They hold packages in limbo. An item arrived from KC. on 6/30. As of 7/7 no shipment received. I get a text in the morning from FedEx telling me to expect a pakage, and that pakage is loaded and in route. Evening updates and says no attempt hss ever been made! Five days running. Will be calling shipper to intervene on 7/8. .

Didn't add a PO number under the sender as requested. They asked if everything looked good on the screen, I said it was missing the number, they said they would fix it. They didn't.

Workers keep leaving our sensitive orders that are electronics outside in the rain instead of our front porch. Called them and they said the most they can do is to note our complaint in their system. Told us next time remember to write special notes for the delivery. However, isn’t it common sense to NOT leave electronics in the rain? Or even leave our orders outside in front of our garage?
