We scheduled a FedEx Ground pickup for a large bike box — time-sensitive, hard deadline. The driver arrived, saw the box didn’t have a label affixed, said “no label, too bad” and drove off. Customer service was non existence, no body in lobby and still have to wait 5 minutes to see any employees in the lobby. Told me that they could not accept my package after calling to make sure.
