The workers here helped us 10x more than the customer service members. The two ladies helping us helped us get our packages were extremely kind and helpful, we are ever grateful for their help. Thank y'all so much!!

Package was delivered to the incorrect address at someone's back door
Yesterday I got a call from your employee Kee about my package being stuck in Lynchburg (my fault). Kee helped me and gave me the information without me even asking for it. She showed real concern about my live bugs and I really appreciate her for that. Her customer service skills over the phone are amazing! She’s personable, friendly and informative.
