The Lady at the facility not professional in her demeanor as soon as we interacted. I had a bit of time finding my tracking number for a standard overnight package. When I found the number I showed it to her on the phone. She in an oddly annoyed tone told me to read it to her. Very good service
Fedex is NOT what it once was, from their corporate policies to the person you interact with at the counter. They are bitter and just doing the job, not even a smile or hello, straight to business and hurry up. Packages aren't on time and tracking data is inaccurate and when I asked about it I was told that the people in these locations dont even know where that tracking I fo comes from and to ignore it as a customer because its not real anyways.
