They lie. they said they tried to deliver my package at 11:15pm and they told me that at 10:15pm. I have security cameras I've been home nobody tried to deliver packages they say they missed me. be honest. you quit for the day because it was late.

Thank you delivery driver Casey, We were home all day waiting for our package to be delivered since this is the only day we could both get off and you didn't even try to find our apartment before flagging it as undeliverable considering that you took this picture from inside your goddamn vehicle. We even put out a Gatorade for you. My phone number is even on file and everything and you put in zero effort, maybe it's time to find a new line of work.
They don’t ring the door bell. I shouldn’t have to wait by the door to receive a package. Terrible service. Multiple days in a row in which I didn’t receive my package, because they refuse to knock any harder than an infant banging its head against a wall.
