This is getting ridiculous. I’ve never made a review before now but reaching customer service or to file a complaint is impossible. Same story different day, lazy workers say they attempted to make a delivery even though the package never shows that it made it to my county, I was home during the time of deliver and the “attempted delivery” photo is just a black picture. The happens all the time and I wish people would get fired and Amazon would use someone else!! Do your job or atleast tell the truth!!!
Drivers are so incompetent
Expect your delivery instructions to not be followed. If I could stop Amazon from using FedEx, I would opt for them to use USPS or UPS any day. I have called both locally and corporate multiple times, but it does nothing. They legitimately do not care and will do nothing to resolve the issue
