The lady was very rude at this location. She even said I had to buy a new box. I left and went to another location and they were very kind and they had no problem with the box it came in.
I keep getting ripped off by FedEx employees! My package today was ripped open looked into to see if it is worth stealing. I cannot believe how often I have had to report FedEx as thieves and it just keeps happening. No one at FedEx seems to care about employees stealing customers products so my next step is the news stations. I am going to keep reporting this without fail. This is wrong FedEx and I am sick of it. I don’t want any company to ship with you ever again because you cannot be trusted!!
Lazy workers that claim they attempt a delivery and had the audacity to say I requested a later delivery. I was home ALL day (disabled). UPS and even USPS left packages on my front porch today. If they attempted to deliver, WHY ON EARTH would I send them away to bring my cat's food back later? It's a Saturday, and the driver wanted to get off so they could go party, is my guess.
