Absolutely the worst shipping experience I've ever had. FedEx is too big to care and there is zero accountability. The driver, Sonny, has managed to maintain his job for at least the last year while blatantly lying about making delivery attempts. Not only does he arrive with a door tag already filled out, he sticks it to the camera doorbell and leaves without ringing the bell! Terrible experience from start to finish. The driver went out of their way to take a picture of the door and say there was no one home, when in fact there were 4 people in the apartment waiting for the package. Called the 1-800 several times telling us this location would make a redelivery by 7PM. No one showed. Called the 1-800 again and they gave us the direct phone number to the location.
