Delayed my package for my engagement ring constantly with no reason or update, then lied to me multiple times over customer service about when and how I could pick it up, their hours of operation, and pretty much anything else I asked then they just fed me lies and platitudes. Will not accept lithium battery shipments although other stores and the 1-800 number state that they should. Probably a mix-up at corporate, but the employee said "people come here all the time from other stores and we tell them we can't take them". So... why not get corporate on the line and straighten it out? Asked to see a manager and about 15 minutes later another gentleman came out and was very helpful, but the manager was too busy to see me at that time.

It wasn't entirely the FedEx truck driver's fault - I guess. Our package wasn't delivered and we had to drive many miles in traffic to the FedEx office to get it. If there's a gate code PUT IT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS AND BE SURE TO WEITE THE RECIPIENT'S PHONE NUMBER AS WELL.
