It wasn't entirely the FedEx truck driver's fault - I guess. Our package wasn't delivered and we had to drive many miles in traffic to the FedEx office to get it. If there's a gate code PUT IT IN THE INSTRUCTIONS AND BE SURE TO WEITE THE RECIPIENT'S PHONE NUMBER AS WELL.
Very helpful staff! Dropped off a huge return box with no problems at all! I was concerned about the box coming apart & the worker allowed me to put extra tape on the handles used to separate the box halves. When a guy in line needed a different box for shipping, a person in line pointed him to The Container Store. Seems like even the customers are helpful!! :)
Everyone is very polite and helpful! This is my favorite location to go to.
Don’t bother coming to this FedEx, all they do is try to get out of helping you. The “manager” is never on site and all the employees do is hangout in the back
