Absolutely horrible service, driver only knocked on the sunroom door, didn't ring the doorbell or call which I asked for in delivery Manager. Local service center didn't care they said he tried 3 times and I can either come get it or they can send it back.
Would help if they would speak English. Customer service could not tell me when I would receive my package. It is already two days late. It requires a signature, cannot stay home for 3 days waiting for the package.
I was receiving a package with live animal inside and service was quick and courteous. It was not busy inside but I noticed there were places to sit down if you had to wait.
I receive great customer service every time I visit this location.
