FedEx is by far more dependable than the US POSTAL SERVICE in ensuring they deliver something to an address. Whereas USPS makes no guarantee that your package actually arrives within two days when you pay for two-day shipping, FedEx delivers with hours to spare. And they are cheaper. Much cheaper. Reliably. Between choosing FedEx and USPS for your delivery needs, choose FedEx. I believe you will have a more enjoyable experience.

Unreliable & Untrustworthy. Paid for FedEx Overnight Shipping for a critical package. Drivers failed to deliver 3 days in a row- always using bogus excuses to cover their tracks with Corporate Office. Don't ever use the Hampton FedEx office for critical shipments

Whoever is delivering for this location on 9/19/25 needs to be fired. I literally took off the day from work to receive my package knowing that a signature was required. I started to look out of the front door multiple times at the time of delivery that was suggested. After the window closed I continued to look knowing that they should be here any time soon. I was sitting not even 10 feet away from my front door. No tv or noise to distract me from hearing a knock on the door. I then receive an email from fedex saying deliver... read more
