This fed ex is absolutely terrible.
They have been trying to ship my Mac to my home but they don’t even bother contacting me to see when I will be available to receive it. They keep wasting their time making fruitless attempts when I’m not and don’t bother to contact me to set up a proper time.
Today I had the misfortune of having to go to FedEx for a shipment that the nuclear physicist driver that delivers to our business could've easily slid under the door since no signature is required, UPS does it all the time. The package is addressed to my business associate and the business as well. They asked for my ID, which I gladly provided, and then the person behind the counter, whose name I don't care to remember, asked for a company ID.
