God forbid they let you talk to a real person, we are not robots, and would like speaking to another person
I was trying to ship a work laptop and the worker today July 2, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. was extremely rude to me. He didn’t even put in the account number for the ship but insisted that I needed to purchase shipping material to ship the laptop. I’m disgusted and would avoid this location at all costs. There was a young woman who was kind but the overall treatment as a customer was horrible
Never very peachy service here usually but Dale especially seems to have a complex, not friendly to the multiple people I saw him interact with before me and not friendly to myself, either. The lady that helped me in the end was the only redeeming factor.

Not informative or Helpful Picked up 1 out of 3 the other 2 are still missing .International flight 3days . Eatables are rotting somewhere. THIS IS day 7 and no information.
