Why do I have MULTIPLE packages on a delivery truck for 4 days now that keep saying out for delivery but are nowhere to be seen? What is going on with Grand Junction deliveries??
For five (5) days in a row now, I've received this notification that my package was in town and on a truck for delivery that day... only to not receive it, and be told the exact same thing the next day. Call me old fashioned, but where's the responsibility and accountability here? I've called in the last two nights and complained about this - to be told that it would not only be escalated to the right people, but it would get resolved - no resolution or call back from a supervisor received.
