Very friendly staff and very efficient service
I live less than 2 miles from the delivery hub, and on multiple occasions my packages will allegedly be loaded for delivery in the morning, I will receive a notification that it is out for delivery, I will be home waiting, and then there won't even be an attempt to deliver. No one is of any help, and they will just tell me that it will be attempted another day. More than once they won't attempt to deliver and I just go up to the facility and pick it up myself.
