The driver that I had did not deliver my package I sat there and watched the truck on the Tracking map it went all around my neighborhood but to my address and then it sent me a picture of the wrong porch or something. It’s very dissatisfied with FedEx.
Was assisted twice today and both employees were helpful.

Our experience with FedEx was extremely frustrating and disappointing. A non-signature package that should have been delivered on 4/25/25 was repeatedly delayed because the driver only attempted delivery outside of our business hours, despite clear instructions from FedEx customer support. Support had flagged the driver’s manager and advised us to leave notes on the door and mailbox, which we did.
