They keep dropping off packages sometimes expensive ones at the wrong address. In the last month I had to go pull a 200 lbs bed for my son off of a front porch half a mile down the road, now a pair of $100 running shoes are missing despite FedEx claiming that they were delivered. Their drivers are terrible at their jobs go to UPS or USPS.
Andre was incredibly kind and helped me pick up my wedding band after missing a delivery attempt earlier that day. Incredibly thankful for his assistance and kindness!

The driver that I had did not deliver my package I sat there and watched the truck on the Tracking map it went all around my neighborhood but to my address and then it sent me a picture of the wrong porch or something. It’s very dissatisfied with FedEx.
