Absolute worst company Ive ever dealt with. They keep changing the delivery date to the next day for a signature required package. now day three. And there is no way in hell to ever talk to a person. The 800 number is all and it never gives a representative.
Service was great
Yesterday and the day before, packages were dropped in the grass next to intersection of our driveway and a county road, 1/2 mile from our house. One item clearly marked 'dry ice' because it contained a gift of frozen food. This despite many past deliveries to our house. Complaints about deficient service difficult to direct to this office. Too bad zero stars isn't an option.
Honestly this location wouldn’t be as great as it is without Kara - she’s an exceptional rep for the company. This woman needs a raise. Thanks Kara for always making my experience pleasant when I come to this FedEx location!!
