Great customer service. Very helpful
Horrible phone service. I have called over 5 times trying to get a live agent. I don't have a door tag or tracking # . I received a text re a delivery I am expecting and to set up a time frame. But unable to do it from their text and cannot get a live agent because I don't have a door tag or tracking #. They are No not helpful at all and my small package will not be delivered. I will never use them in the future for shipping or delivery of my items, I will use UPS or USPS.
