If you live in a rural area they have no care for your packages they throw ours over the fence or they throw them up on the porch they do not know how to set a package down gently out here and I have no care for their job performance someone needs to be fired

Twice now my package was not delivered after taking off work to receive and sign for the package instead showing up the day after. With such a broad delivery time, there was no hope in catching the package without taking the whole day off work again due to their incompetent system! For a multi-billion-dollar company, they sure suck at what they do! Driving recklessly on private property/ deliveries never on said day/ delivering to the wrong address, and that’s just what I’ve experienced in the last couple of weeks! Terrible ... read more

My package was already a day late there was nothing saying I had to sign for it and when the lady got here to drop off the package she didn’t even knock instead just left a note saying someone had to sign for it when I’m pretty sure she knew I was here. So know I have to go up to the facility that’s an hour away to get my package since it’s 4th of July weekend.
