My package was already a day late there was nothing saying I had to sign for it and when the lady got here to drop off the package she didn’t even knock instead just left a note saying someone had to sign for it when I’m pretty sure she knew I was here. So know I have to go up to the facility that’s an hour away to get my package since it’s 4th of July weekend.
The automated system is horrible. All I needed was general information and I couldn’t get by there automated system to actually talk to anybody so now I’ll have to drive To FedEx
Very disappointed with this fedex i showed up 10 min before closing time and the doors and locked and lights are off with 6 or 7 pepole out back taking in a group so due to my job I cannot make it any urlery but I am very disappointed
