I tried for 20 minutes to talk to a person!!!!!!
Called FedEx 800 number. Asked where my package is because there’s a delivery delay and can I drive to pick it up. The FedEx employee, Delfin (something like that) answered the phone at 11:40 am. I told her I would like to pick up my package and where is it? She told me it was in South Naples, FL off of the last exit to Naples. She even had me wait on the line while she confirmed. Yes she said it was at the Napes store almost 60 miles away. Off I go - 1 hour of driving later only to find out it was sent to the Fort Myers off... read more
