Horrible service!! Waiting on a medication for my son and no knock or doorbell ranged in order to alert that the driver it’s outside. Called 4 times and was told driver is coming back to deliver package doesnt come. Even spoke to a supervisor who told me would escalate and driver would be back. Called a 5th time spoke to Francisco and now told since theyre closed cant deliver i have to drive (which is an hour away) and pick up. Paige was great and went out of her way to help me , she even offered to open a FedEx account, always comes out with a smile and greets me wonderfully , Now for the other other lady she was not to friendly and always has an attitude when I come in other than that they make it easy for you to ship out !
If your packages end up here they will be on hold for weeks!
Pure laziness. Horrible customer service. FedEx has to be the absolute worst.
