Absolutely horrible! They said they tried to deliver but lied as I was waiting all day and my doorbell is loud enough to wake the dead. I called immediately when I received the notice and the csr rep said he would escalate and try to have it redelivered. When I called back hours later to check, another csr said there was no request for redelivery. I stayed home ALL day waiting. I bought shoes online and would like to return them. The return label was printed. On the website, it said return at any FedEx or USPS locations. Believe me, this is not the first time I return shoes from Brooks brand, I normally return them at Walgreens, never have any problems. BUT this time, I was closer to FedEx, so I went to this location. On the label has 2 barcodes, they just look at one of them that said USPS and refuse to even try to scan any barcode.
