I am very impressed with the service.
Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to drop off a prepaid label and needed a receipt stood there for five minutes. Nobody answered or came out. Didn’t wanna leave package on counter since anyone could come in and just take it dropped it in the dropbox. Bad service!
Nate- at this location- just saved my day. Thank youuuuu.🥹 I had a very expensive medication that needed to stay refrigerated - that was overnighted to me on a Thursday- but was not actually delivered the next day- which was Friday. I know the ice packs usually last 48 hours - but the re-delivery was set for Monday- 2 more days away. I requested the package be held at this location.
