I signed electronically for my package to be delivered, driver disregarded it. I needed this package for today and had everything set up to avoid this conflict and yet it still happened. Useless service - I wish I could pick my shipper because FedEx continues to fail no matter what city I live in.

Nicole with great customer service. I was there on Friday looking for my Apple Watch because the shipper put in the wrong home address. She actually went and looked for it and couldn’t find it, then realized that it was in Grimes facility. She told me to leave my phone number and she would reach out to me.
