They lie!!! I paid extra to have package delivered between 5 and 8 pm. Never showed and was lied to on the phone. I want my money back.
I signed electronically for my package to be delivered, driver disregarded it. I needed this package for today and had everything set up to avoid this conflict and yet it still happened. Useless service - I wish I could pick my shipper because FedEx continues to fail no matter what city I live in.
