Horrible customer service! Went to pick up an extremely time sensitive package containing a live animal and had to wait over 20 minutes with two people working the front and only two other customers there. They were all just talking to each other and looking at their phones instead of working.
I will be waiting for my items to come in the mail sir or ma'am.
