Michelle helped me this morning and she was very helpful and polite. She is very thorough with each step of the drop off process. I enjoyed my visit, it was very quick and easy.

Is there worst service, in my life, I will never use it again. They get in expensive, bad service, package dint get on schedule as they say so, it get almost 6 days late. Can't believe. And my package still not get there. I purchase almost a 100 dlls service las wednesday that supost to arrive on Saturday or Monday like they say well today is almost 8pm Tuesday and still no arriving. How is that? Don't trust them!!!

I’m telling you the two ladies that work this store need to be replaced. They spend 30 minutes talking with every single customer more than customer service. They got a lobby packed full of people always while they visit about personal trips and everything else. I didn’t know it was my job to take the packages and put them on their scale weigh them. I thought that was their job? A 50 pound package is too heavy? 0 stars
